The Futures App integrates comprehensive baseball training components into a unified platform, aimed at empowering baseball organizations to effectively coach their players at any time and from any location.

• Access to a diverse drill library featuring over 300 drills designed by 16 current MLB superstars, covering both offensive and defensive aspects across all positions on the field. These interactive drills include rep tracking for progress monitoring.
• Strength training programs suitable for players of all ages and skill levels, offering six different comprehensive workouts categorized by weighted and body-weight exercises, as well as positions. Each program includes in-app videos explaining exercise movements for proper execution.
• Video breakdown and analysis tools for uploading performance videos and utilizing features such as variable playback speeds, drawing and annotating on videos, side-by-side comparisons with other uploaded videos or MLB player videos, and frame-by-frame analysis for detailed review.
• Team and organization sign-up options enabling coaches to conduct remote coaching sessions using video breakdown tools. Players can upload videos for coaches to annotate, compare, and provide voice-recorded feedback before sending reviewed videos back to players – all within the app, requiring only an iPhone or iPad.
• Access to personalized profiles that track and store drill and workout data and progress including completed reps, time spent on drills, total reps, total weight lifted, and workout durations.
